It’s all part of the service, with Susan taking samples to the bride-to-be and giving her the time to make her choice. The invitations are normally sent out six to eight weeks before the wedding day to allow plenty of time for replies to arrive and numbers for the reception to be finalised.

If you are having an evening party, there are invitations to match your stationery theme. Some couples, to ensure a prompt response, provide reply cards.

If you are having a church wedding check, the details of the service, including hymns and music before ordering your stationery. This should be done at least one month before the wedding. It is often quite useful to have a few extra copies for the choir and clergy and extra guests.

Place cards at the reception can be personalised with the names of the bridal pair, and to add the finishing touches to your table decoration, there are serviette rings, serviettes and scrolls to make a perfect memento of the occasion.

After the wedding, to say thank you, the newlyweds can choose from a range of note cards and bridal notepaper.
